Some competitors charge per use and this is mainly because they have fixed costs from overseas manual reviewers. We believe that not only is this a glaring privacy concern, but this is unbelievably unfair for customers (why should you have to pay for services that have no outcome?). Our contracts are pay per successful verifications to make sure our incentives are aligned. This means that if a user drops off due to user error (blurry images, low-quality camera) you will not be charged and you have the added benefit that there were no actual humans involved to introduce insider fraud.
